Primitive Scalloped Table

This late 18th-century/early 19th-century table tells its story through the details. Its beautiful scalloped apron was shaped by hand with care. The legs were turned on a lathe, then finished by hand, leaving behind faint tool marks that add to its unique character. Over the years, the wood has deepened in color, and the surface worn smooth in places from regular use.
